GENERAL TERMS
-⟢ I won't accept commissions that require me to fit another's artstyle.⟢ NFTs and AI are abolutely not allowed⟢ I have the right to refuse the commission order⟢ You may not make profits from the commissioned piece, alter, trace, or heavily reference the commissioned artwork or claim it as your work.⟢ Pricelist personal use(please contact me if you want to order for commercial use)⟢ Estimated time will take 1week - a month to finish your commission, depending on the queue, level of difficuly, health, etc.⟢ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, i will let you know ASAP.

REVISIONS
-⟢ 3x Major revisions on the early sketching stages.⟢ A fee will be added for major revision on the final stage/result of your commission.
Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.⟢ Revision request after sketch has been finalized are not allowed.⟢ Please make sure that your references or descriptions are as clear as possible at the start.⟢ Extra revisions: IDR 75k | $10

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
-⟢ You are not allowed a refund once i start working on the commission.⟢ If for any reason i am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.⟢ If you cancel your order before i have start it, you can get a full refund.⟢ If you’re not satisfied with the piece, i will not give refunds or redo the piece.⟢ If i have missed minor details that have already been agreed to, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece

COPYRIGHT & USAGE
-I, Rimurimuko, The Artist :
⟢ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google docs), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.⟢ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.⟢ In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.⟢ In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.⟢ I deserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.⟢ I own the artwork and can post in my socials or any site.⟢ All copyrights to the art, sketches, concepts and final artwork shall forever remain in the ownership of Artist.⟢ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.⟢ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
⟢ I deserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.-

NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST
-⟢ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.⟢ The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.⟢ This is especially important to consider if you are an VTuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.⟢ However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers and details yourself.⟢ If applicable, an NDA fee start at +100% of the total quote[Please contact me if you want to discuss further about the NDA request]-

You (the customer/commissioner):⟢ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.⟢ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.⟢ You may NOT alter, trace, or heavily reference the commissioned artwork and claim it as your work.⟢ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.⟢ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).⟢ You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.⟢ You may NOT use my personal and commissioned artwork for cryptographic assets (NFTs) or Artificial intelligence (AI).
